Young Leaders Circle Forum With Andrew Klavan

04
Wednesday April 2018

Speakers

Andrew Klavan Contributing Editor, City Journal

Hollywood has arguably become the epicenter of the so-called "Resistance," with politics now showing up in everything from late-night monologues to mainstream sitcoms. At the same time, a pervasive culture of sexual assault and predation has come to light.

To gain insights into the culture of Hollywood and its influence on America life, we are pleased to welcome—from Hollywood—novelist, screenwriter, essayist, and City Journal contributing editor Andrew Klavan to the Young Leaders Circle on April 4. A prolific writer, Klavan's work has been subject to both critical acclaim and commercial success. Two of Klavan's books, for example, have been adapted into motion pictures: True Crime (1999), starring and directed by Clint Eastwood, and Don't Say a Word (2001), a psychological thriller starring Michael Douglas. You may also be familiar with him from his Daily Wire podcast and his recent appearance on Ben Shapiro's podcast.

Drew brings a unique insider perspective on the entertainment industry that you will not want to miss. I hope to see you there.
