Marie Gryphon was a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute’s Center for Legal Policy. As an attorney in private practice, she worked on ERISA, securities, class action, commercial contract, legal malpractice, and constitutional law cases. She has also been a legal and policy analyst with the Cato Institute, working on issues related to education policy. Her articles have appeared in Investor's Business Daily, Business Week, and National Law Journal Online. She holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and is a Ph.D. candidate in public policy at Harvard University.
