ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Drew Thornley is an independent policy analyst focused
primarily on energy, environmental, and natural resources.
Thornley is the author of a forthcoming article on wind energy
for the University of Houston Law Centers Environmental
& Energy Law & Policy Journal. He currently teaches
business law at Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Thornley
graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in economics from The
University of Alabama in 2002 and received a J.D. from Harvard
Law School in 2005.
