PROXYMONITOR.ORG: Launched in January 2011 by the Manhattan Institute's Center for Legal Policy, the Proxy Monitor project is designed to shed light on shareholder activity. The ProxyMonitor.org web database includes management Say on Pay and shareholder proposal information for the Fortune 250 companies from proxy years 2006 through 2013, and current time for 2014. Proposals are searchable by company, year, proposal type, sub-proposal type, industry, and proponent. Searches are exportable to Microsoft Excel and can be graphed to reveal trends in shareholder activity.
